Development process
1970: Established Yinan transistor factory to produce transistors.
1987: Helical filters were successfully developed jointly with the Institute of Oceanography, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
1988: Joint development of medium and high voltage ceramic capacitors with Shandong University.
1989: The company changed its name to Yinan Electronic Components Factory.
1991: Co-invested with Taiwan Tonghao to establish Yinan Tonghao Electronic Components Co., Ltd.
1999: It was absorbed and merged by Tsinghua Tongfang to establish Shandong Tsinghua Tongfang Luying Electronics Co., Ltd.
2000: Established a joint laboratory and pilot test base with the State Key Laboratory of New Ceramics and Fine Technology of Tsinghua University; invested in the construction of a new factory area and a chip inductor production project with an annual production capacity of 2 billion.
2008: New microwave dielectric ceramic antenna and material production project, ceramic antenna annual production capacity of 30 million pieces, 500 tons of powder.
2011: Relocated from Renmin Road Factory to Jinbo Road Factory, with a new factory building of 15000 square meters.
2013: New LED ceramic substrate project with an annual production capacity of 50 million pieces.
2018: Capacitor automation production line transformation, annual production capacity of 2 billion.
2021: Relocated from Jinbo Road Factory to Yinan Shuangchuang Science Park, with a new factory building of 47000 square meters.
